Ashok Kartham, Founder & CEO
Ashok Kartham is the Founder and CEO of Mize. He is a successful serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience as CEO of software and high-tech companies. Ashok founded 4CS, the leading warranty, and service lifecycle management company, acquired in 2011 by Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), a multi-billion-dollar public software company listed on NASDAQ.
Ashok also founded Mize, Inc in Tampa, FL in 2012 to create a platform for connected, mobile and social consumers. The Mize platform provides access to product information, support and services from brands and social networks.
Ashok holds a degree in Computer Science from JNTU, Hyderabad. Ashok has been involved as both an investor and board member in organizations that help foster entrepreneurship.
Stuart Ransom, CRO
Stuart Ransom is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Mize with responsibility for all revenue generation processes, including new customer acquisition, account management and customer success, subscription renewals, and revenue expansion across Mize’s global customer base.
Stuart has 20+ years of sales leadership experience and was most recently Vice President, Global Account Management with Acquia. His career experience spans the generation of brand value in early and growth-stage settings, to significant revenue management responsibility delivering technology-driven transformational business outcomes with large enterprise SaaS/PaaS companies.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems from Bryant University, and a Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate from Stanford University.
Michael Blumberg, CMO
Michael Blumberg is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Mize. He is responsible for driving the company’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives as well as leading Mize’s strategy consulting practice. Blumberg comes to Mize with 20+ years of experience as a management consultant to the Aftermarket Service Industry where his clients have included Capital Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors, Third Party Service Providers, and enterprise software vendors.
Prior to joining Mize, Michael Blumberg was president of Blumberg Advisory Group, a leading management consulting firm to the High-Tech Service Industry. Michael is also Founder and Executive Director of Field Service Insights, a curated, online membership site which serves as an independent and useful resource for field service professionals.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Degree and an MBA in Marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He is past president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants and Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association for Service Managers. He is also a former member of the Service Industry Association Board of Directors.
Naveen Srinivas, Vice President Product Development
Naveen Srinivas is Vice President of Product Development at Mize. He has a demonstrated history in conceptualizing, designing and implementing world class Aftermarket sales and service solutions. He possess extensive domain expertise in niche after sales solutions such as Field Service Management, Warranty/Claims, Service/Maintenance Contracts, Registrations, Extended Warranty, Inspections, Support, Orders, Returns and more.
Naveen has a career spanning 18 years in creating, building, enhancing and supporting Products and Solutions catered for durable product companies such as Automotive, Agricultural and Construction Equipment, Home Electronics, Consumer Durables, HVAC, Heavy Equipment, etc.
He brings extensive experience and knowledge in the overall product development lifecycle. A strong product management professional with a track record of increasing end customer satisfaction, ease of doing business, and generalizing ad-hoc and standalone solutions into more standardized and globally accepted systems.
Naveen holds an MS in Computer Science from University of Alabama, Huntsville and IT Engineering degree from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
Jim Rushton, VP/GM B2C Service Solutions
Jim Rushton is VP/GM for the Business to Consumer (B2C) Service Solutions Segment and is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Mize, Rushton served as Senior Manager Software Marketing and Business Development at Service Bench where he managed the company’s strategic marketing/business plan for Cloud-based Field Service Business Management software.
He was also the National Service Manager at AIG Warranty and Vice President, Software Product Marketing and Business Development at Service Power where he was instrumental in adding new branded manufacturer customers such as Whirlpool, GE Appliances, and Frigidaire.
Jim is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s product roadmap and business development strategy targeted to consumer durable goods industries through various service supply chain partners including OEMs, service and repair companies, retailers, and parts distributors. He also plays a critical role in leading Mize’s program management initiatives.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Jones College, Jacksonville, FL and is the immediate past president of the Professionals Servicers Organization of California.
